You can contribute to the ongoing upkeep of the Isaac Theatre Royal, to ensure she maintains her place in our arts heritage and as the pre-eminent venue for performing arts in Christchurch for another 100 years, and ensuring she continues to add value to the Canterbury economy.
"The Theatre Royal Club" Membership Programme
Join ‘The Club’ and receive the following benefits:
- Preferential bookings to all Isaac Theatre Royal joint productions (i.e. shows wholly produced or presented as a joint-venture by Isaac Theatre Royal)
- Opportunities for concession prices, where available, on various other presentations or productions during the year (e.g. Showbiz Christchurch, Southern Opera, Royal NZ Ballet, etc)
- Invitation to the annual Isaac Theatre Royal end of year production or function and post show Christmas drinks with the opportunity to meet the cast & producers.
- Tour of Isaac Theatre Royal front & back of House hosted by a Theatre Royal Club historian.

Membership Fee:
- First year annual subscription of $75 per person or $100 per couple either of which include ONE FREE EDITION of "The Theatre Royal Christchurch
- An "Illustrated History" the Commemorative 100th Anniversary Book. (Offer available while stocks last and currently retailing for $49.95 in good book stores).
- ‘Early Bird’ 10% discount on first year’s Membership fee if signed up prior to 31st January 2010.
- Subsequent Annual Membership fee of $50 per person, or $75 per couple.
(Note – Retiring 'Friends of the Theatre' Committee Members will receive Honorary Lifetime Membership and all original ‘Friends of the Theatre’ wishing to join the new Theatre Royal Club receive their first year’s Membership FREE)

Heritage Levy
Each time you purchase a ticket to a performance at the Isaac Theatre Royal you contribute $2.50 to assist with future redevelopment and enhancement of the theatre. This levy only applies for tickets valued at $35 or above. Thank you.
